It's just a code word for they think something is funny. I don't usually laugh out loud either. People here are more stupid than funny. Like that girl with all her tammy questions, what a waste of time.

I think it seems to have been something to say just to fill up some space, or perhaps to show just a tiny bit of amusement. But i agree that i dont think anyything on this website is LAUGH OUT LOUD funny. lol =o
