Yes, he has the talent to find young talents and boosting older players to do their best. And did great deals during transfers.
Wishing the gunners all the best in premiership and champions league.
And Chapeau Bas, Mr. Wenger!
Jaybe: Most of players of arsenal have played for their national teams during the world cup (Lehmann, Germany, Senderos & Djourou, Switzerland, Henry, France, Fabergas and Reyes, Spain and the list could go on...) and all did great in their teams.
So, I guess Mr Wenger has very good talent detector skills and nurture it.

hes one of the best managers in the game if not the best the mans pure genius hes got everything ,great talent spotter ,he gets the best out of his players he knows when to sell spends wisely,wenger is steps ahead of most managers rises above it all hes got a great attitude and is very loyal and an ambassada for world wide football.people say well we should have more english players but wenger isnt willing to go out and spend 30mil on ya rooney or rio and this is one of the reasons arsenal is such a stable club if there isnt enougth english talent out there what are you gonna do you gotter pick the best team possible.

I think Wenger is an excellant manager but I agree with P.H. I can't see many Arsenal 1st team players being selected for England!!

To think that The Sun newspaper in England led with the headline 'Arsene Who?' when he arrived.
Yes, they should have won more (e.g. UEFA Cup in 2000, FA Cup in 2001, League in 2003, maybe Champions League 2006).
However, over the last ten years, Arsenal have played the most beautiful football ever seen in this country.
