You are most likely very nervous, if you are your self and answer them with the first thing that comes into your mind, then you are fine. I know though if you purposely try to answer everything perfectly then it will be an automatic fail, so just be your self b/c no one is perfect!

Most personality tests are generic questions designed to see how you would react to potentially stressful encounters, or problems that might arise in a given hypothetical situation. Just answer honestly, there is no way to prepare for this.

There is no preparation....relax and be as honest about yourself as possible. Another tip...it's usually best to go with your first answer. Once you overanalyze you begin to second guess yourself.

Have fun...you will learn some interesting things about yourself! Hope you get the job :-)

Umm get a personality?

Nah, kidding. You can't really 'prepare' for it, it's a test on who you are, not what you know.

Be yourself. Unless you're pyscho and a mass murderer, you should do fine.
