"A. I." auteur, as a previous post states, askes for the name of the author of the work, "A.I." The movie, "A.I." was directed by Steven Spielburg, but the film was actually based upon the vision of the late director Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick was, in turn, inspired by a short story by science fiction writer Brian W. Adliss (an "old school" sci-fi writer about whom there is precious little on the internet) who wrote short stories and novels in the science fiction genre.
