The universe sits on the back of a turtle that stands on four elephants. As the elephants walk around, the turtle (and the universe) move with them. When the elephants start moving in different directions, the turtle falls off and the universe explodes. Some think this has already happened.

What makes it expand more and more rapidly?
The expansion is caused by what is called 'Dark Energy'
Good luck figuring out what it is exactly though. We really don't know.
We know it exerts a negative gravitational force. Energy in space time creates a gravitational field, pulling things towards it, but this 'stuff' is pushing everything away from it.
And there is a lot of it. Nearly 74% of the universe is this pushy energy stuff.

It seems that an unknown force in the vacuum of space called dark energy ( because we don't know what it is and can't find it ) is now the energy propelling the expansion of the universe...

Where is the universe going? How do you know it is going somewhere? Is there another universe "out there" that you can see, and measure our universe's velocity?

Yes, Universal Studios makes movies. Peter Chernin is the Jew who controls what you see in them. He even bragged about it once: "I get to control movies seen all over the world, what could be more fun?"

look up E=mc2
it tells that matter and energy are interchangable
if the universe started out as a very heavy, very dense matter, it exerts energy and forces it out causing the debris to move outward
after that, it turns into matter like the planets, stars galaxies and so forth

the universe doesn't move, it's the nothing surrounding it that is moving.
