What is an alternate free proxy? I've been told that in MSOutlook you can change your current LAN address?

I believe there are several free public address/proxies HTTP or something like that? to enable me connect to the internet and bypass my office server filters... (that do not alow us to check our personal e-mails).

you may go to www.shysurfer.com and check it out urself...otherwise google " free internet proxy" you will get results

Tor is a good, free proxy.
