ok, so there was this show and there was a 'girl' who was some kind of a robot, i think that the dad maybe made her. but they kept her in the closet in one of the kid's rooms. what is the name of this show, and am I remembering it right??

Yes it was called Small Wonder whiched aired from 1985 to 1989. The robot girl was named Vicki who was actually created by his father who worked at robotics company.
It was actually a good show from what I remember since I was just a little kid. They should bring it back, hehe.

The show was called "Small Wonder." It aired from 1985-1989, and featured "Vickie," a robot girl created as a "daughter" for the family.
Had a catchy theme, and was pretty cheesey, which added to the "must-not-turn-away" factor.
Summary - Father Ted Lawson creates robot, Vickie. The family, Ted, Joan, and Jamie, keep the information that Vickie is a robot secret, and pretend that she is their daughter. Harriet, their nosy and annoying neighbor, has a crush on Jamie and plans to marry him. Her dad, Brandon Brendall, is Ted's boss because Brandon stole Ted's ideas and said he invented them. Tiffany Brisset stars as Vickie "The Robot" Lawson.

Small Wonder. Loved that show. yes, the dad made her and they took her out occasionally but would hide her if they thought someone would find out she was a robot. It was definitely in the 80's.

i'm no longer bobbing up with something from that era that matches the invoice. some large robotic anime from that era coated Robotech and sturdy Orbots, yet both one of those dealt with remodeling robots and no guitars. the outline type of jogs my memory of Megas XLR, yet i do no longer likely undergo in innovations Megas having a guitar both. there have been any type of Gundam sequence yet all extra modern than that and, regrettably, also lacking guitars. choose you come back across your answer!
