How long to see effect and is it permenant. Does majority of women prefer a 7 inches tool to a 6 inches ?

Penis pumps are a novelty, nothing more. (Read the side of the box if you don't believe me.)
The fleshy tissue that makes up the expandable part of your penis is called the "corpus cavernosum". It's a spongy tissue (like gristle) that fills with blood when you get an erection. It can be bruised and it can be broken. It can even burst if overinflated by a penis pump. You cannot make your penis bigger by using a pump.
Doctors recommend against penis pumps. ;) Let your plumbing work naturally.
And most women I've talked to don't care if you're 4 inches or 9 inches. If "Elvis is in the building" and has staying power; if you're attentive and see to HER needs, then she'll keep you around. Good luck.

I tried it a few times when I was a teenager.
Didn't know that 8" was a nice size.
I used it with a sex toy, lets just say it felt really nice.
The next time it was tried I used just the pump it was larger and thicker for the intercourse and maybe for an hr or 2 after.
The next time I used the sex toy with it again and left it on and just kinda pumped and released method and pulled the pump away from penis while it was super pumped (stroking motion) (lol) serious, well it made the fatty meat from base of penisrise to the head and skin around head it was really huge for about 3 hours.
The foreskin looked like a worm or nightcrawler with those blow up air bottles (if you are a fisherperson) you know what im talking about.
Anyhow the person I was seeing back then had always been tight but this time it was really tight but the feeling was a bit down cuz of all the excess meat at and around the head.
No side effects or permanent damage, no lasting effects either.
This works more like a jack-off toy than anything if you use toys.

A penis pump.......really now. If you were serious about trying to enlarge your boyhood, try using a Kirby or hoover vacuum cleaner. Once you get your nerve up, then find someone with a pool or spa and insert into the pool/spa suction. Now that should show some results if you're not happy with what you have.

Other than permanent blood vessel damage, I doubt that you will have any significant changes...
