Local ads in the paper, maybe with a 10% discount. Leave business cards
busy pubs/clubs, wedding/dressmaker shops. Organize a package even
with florists, as two go together hand in hand.
Offer one free night and a pub meal as a prize to one of the local radio
station, providing you get free advertising, they can come up with the radio
competition.
Good luck with your new venture, I hope this helped.
Regards.
Lain.

Advertise like crazy.... send out fliers, ask your customers to refer you to their friends/family/business associates, put up a website, give out discounts to referrals if you must, and for more tips..........
get a marketing book.
