it will happen when it happens! Go for walks, it will keep you healthy, help stimulate labor and give you something to do. good luck!

You are probably to the point that you are just ready for this baby to get here and to not be pregnant anymore.

Hang in there, you can't make it happen. I have heard of some old wives tales where they say to go walking. Try to stay busy but if I were you I would try to meditate and relax because you won't be able to once the baby is born.

Use this time to rest, you'll need it soon enough.

Sounds like this is your first one. Take naps (you won't get many later), wash the baby clothes, go for walks, watch movies. Do you have any hobbies? Concentrate on them. EVERY woman out there got frustrated about this time - you fell you will be pregnant forever, but trust me, this too shall pass. Good luck on your new bundle of joy!! God Bless!!

I concur with everyone who has already posted! Do something that takes your concentration, like reading a book or making something for your new little one. Sitting in front of the TV is probably the WORST thing since you aren't really engaged in something. The best thing is to just get your mind on something else.

I was in your position six months ago when I couldn't wait to give birth to my son and get over with it. It will happen even if it feels like every day seems to drag on forever. You can try doing squats to help move things along.

Is this your 1st?
If you live near the beach, walk in the sand. I dilated to 3 w/o any labor just by doing this.
Otherwise....chill.
Mother nature will take it's course in due time.
You will have a great reward when it's all over.

Do light exercises and find something that you can relax doing. That will help you stop being frustrated.

rest, sleep, and eat whatever you want. because when that baby comes you won't be able to do anything you want for a very, very, very long time. enjoy your freedom while you still have it.
