I dont think Henry Gale got caught by the "french chick" I think he put him self there on purpose. So that he could see how 'our people' were living. I think that Henry Gale is either already the leader, or its the balck girl/Dr.

No... I don't remember last season all that clearly, but I think the black chick is the leader. The doctor, or whatever she is. At any rate, I can't wait for the new season to start!

I'm pretty sure he is considering during the last epsiode he told Micheal to go...and he told his others to uncover the survivors bags (that were on their head)
