i almost have a flat stomach but i really want a flat flat stomach alot of ppl say that doing sit ups can make you get a flat stomach how to get a flat stomach plz!!! answers ppl!!

Try to breath in an out with you stomach, rather then your chest. So when you inhale your stomach will be out stretching the ab muscles. Within a few weeks you will notice the definition in the abs.

It worked for me.

the thing about getting a flat stomach is there is a layer of fat above the muscle, so regardless of how many situps you are doing, if there is significant fat above the muscle, you will never get that tight six pack stomach. You have to get rid of that fat first before sit ups will do anything, the best way to do that is through a healthy diet and lots of cardio exercise.

A flat stomach is a combination of tight muscles & lack of fat laying over the stomach. So to get the tight muscles, you will need to do situps, crunches, or other abdominal exercises. To get the fat to go away, you will just need to eat a healthy diet and do cardio. You can't just remove fat from one spot, you have to reduce it over your whole body. Where our fat cells are located is genetic, so everyone's body has a different idea of the first place to put fat when it creeps on!

Do crunches while holding 10 lb weight with both hands straight above your head.

water diet 4 only 1 day 2 at most and run 1 mile..trust me i tried it and it WORKED

do alot of crunches and don't eat too much, go for jogs, make a habit of living healthier. other wise you'll loose everything you've gained.
