he was drinking outside of the house, he's gonna plead guilty. What will happen?

Well if this is his first offend he will get a fine. or some community serve. Just remember this as the liberal laws are formed by liberals. They believe they have the right to control your life for your protection. This how the liberals think. You dad was drinking outside of the house. If that is against the law in your liberal town then he broke the law and has to server the consequences.

I think he should plead innocent no matter if he guilty or not. Remember he innocent until proven guilty. He was on his property unless he was disturbing the peace. I am not sure what the laws are in your state but I would check into it.

This is probably a fairly minor offense. I would expect a fine and maybe community service.
