Your question infers that one of the questions is false and the other is true. That being a known fact and stating that no. 1 is false then no. 1 would actually say "conservatives are smart" since it would be false to say conservatives are dumb. Then if no. 1 is the false statement then no. 2 has to be true and it would be referring to no. 1 as saying that conservatives are smart. NO 1 IS FALSE.

I believe it to be sad. Because true conservatism is reflective now in the Constitution party. Their platform mimics the platform of early 1950's Republican party. After conservatism became supporting my Republican President no matter what, indicated that true conservatism now a days is pro-government (communist). To support torture of toddlers disturbs me very deeply. Even many Dems support such evil.

number one is false, hence number two is also. You acn't say something like this. They are smart, they got 50 million behind them they voted for these conservatives. They also konow how to make money. So they aren't stupid.
