to their FEMA trailers for six months didn't just sit outside and wait for them, did you? I would've called a locksmith and had a key made or got a crowbar. At least a crowbar. And what's with not giving you a key immediately once they set the trailer at your feet? Bogus!

Didn't hear of a problem wtih people not being able to get in. The problem I heard was that out of the 10,000 or so trailers, there were only like 6-8 different keys, so your neighbor was just as likely to be able to open your trailer as his own.

using a crowbar would result in damaging the trailer and maybe having to pay for the damage. i would of had it guaranteed a key given to me . not by word only. I don't have a FEMA trailer but I would of made sure I had the key.
