We out source everything else to China. So if the Republicans get their way, and torturing is allowed.....should we outsource torturing to China too?

Why not. They're better at it than we are. Of course, then we'll have all those CIA interrogators out of a job. Why pay them when China can do it for pennies on the dollar.

No, there are too many torture prisons in China already. In fact, if you have more than two per family, they have to blow the third one up, especially if it tortures women.
