The day will come when America is no more. All the previous Empires of the past have fallen. The Roman Empire fell. The Byzantine Empire fell. The Ottoman Empire fell. The world as we know it will end one day. I don't mean in the apocalyptical sense but as a transformation. Perhaps we will have a United Earth with a decentralized government dividing the world into managible entities of smaller size. Perhaps one may finally succeed in total world domination. Where is the next Babylon or Center of the Civilized World? Will it be China, India, or somewhere else? Will there be many Babylons? Will there be a return to primordial choas as with the original ancient Babylon? What will become of all the great nations of today? The Eternal Sea aka Politics is just that for it is in constant turmoil as with the Seas of this Earth forever changing the landscape of this earth. What do you envision for the future of mankind?

A couple extra details: 100 years isn't indefinate, it is a measurable amount of time. The Ottoman Empire, That last great long-lasting entity that was completely dismantled leaving Turkey as the successor lasted 800 years. The empire was abolished. Turkey is a remnant of the Ottoman empire as is the UK a remnant of the once vast British Empire. They are merely shadows of there former selves just as Iraq is a shadow of the once mighty Assyria.

I tend to think that China is a good contender for being the next big super power. Their economy is growing at a staggering rate, as is their population. Some people think that within the next twenty years, they will surpass the U.S. in terms of being an economic super power. American industries are already pursuing ties with China, especially the auto industries. Daimler-Chrysler announced partnerships with Chinese automaker Chery to develop and sell each companies' cars in the others' countries. Second, I think perhaps India would be a good contender due to many of the same reasons.

Actually, your question holds that all empires fall and become no more; this is false. While the "empire" may fall from dominance, countries often still exist. The British Empire still remains as the UK, Germany exists despite the Third Reich, and Japan is still around despite not being the Empire it once was.
The real question is wether the influence on history will last. America may have a greater impact than just its money or military power. Before the US, true democracy was never realized and monarchy the standard, after the US, democracy is the standard and dictatorships are frowned upon.

Mankind can no longer afford to continue on their destructive path. Too many nations now possess nuclear weapons that can destroy the world. We must turn to Yahweh and His Laws of Peace now!
All of Daniyl's prophecies have come to pass, except for the destruction which will end the Seven Year Plan of Peace. This will be the worst time of trouble ever for all nations. We only have a few months left of this Seven Year Plan. It was signed September 13, 1993 and went into effect October 13, 1993. The plan had been inactive - but now...
We have very little time left, before the GREATEST DESTRUCTION EVER in the history of mankind surely comes upon all nations.
Get the book.....

Rome's downfall develop into brought about through Barbarian attacks on the boder of the empire, inner faith conflicts starting up with the spread of Christianity and Catholocism, the Emperor's governors all battling one yet another fairly of the Barbarians over who receives to carry the throne, and the treasury being depleted. of those causes, in elementary words 2 are in bring about the present day: our nationwide military develop into mobilized and despatched to Iraq to capture Sadaam Hussein, and our multi-trillion greenback debt. both easily a kind of complications were and are being brought about through Bush's stupid acts, and could with a bit of luck be corrected through Bush's successor.

I don't think there will be the fall of the USA. How many countries have you heard that fell in last 100 years. (Can't say Iraq, or Afghanistan b/c they haven't fully fallen - The USA hasn't adopted the land)

I'm hoping that I won't have to worry about the US falling anytime soon because I live there. I don't want to worry about that.
