Just what the community needed to raise the morale and spirits of the city.
Realistically they will be severely tested this weekend when they travel to Carolina where they are a 7 1/2 point underdog. Carolina is looking to improve their record and are at home and the Saints have a short week to prepare since they played on Monday.
I thought the Saints did an excellent move in acquiring Brees and dumping Brooks. Now the Raiders have that problem. Bush is an exciting player and brings a team chemistry and community involvement that is truly inspiring.

Wouldn't it make the N.O. folks feel better if they won? YOU BET. Should they have fixed the stadium before cleaning up the city's messes? HELL NO. Do they deserve to win. YES INDEED.
