My favorite is the Black Panther because they finally got a brother to write him. And I prefer Captain Marvel over Superman because the whole premise of a child given the power of the gods is infinitely more creative than an alien landing in Kansas. Another fast fact CM out sold Sman till DC took the b***h route an sued Fawcett into bankruptcy.

That depends on which universe you refer to. Superman is the most recognizable figure because he was the first, but realistically he has the worse character design I've ever seen from a super hero. He's ridiculously one-dimensional, why not just scribble something down and call him "god-man" because hes incredibly powerful, by the way....If I'm correct batman defeated superman with kryptonite gauntlets. I'd have to give this one to batman of the dc universe and for marvel I'd have to say....Magneto(depends on how you view a hero).

That's easy Batman. I can't think of any other hero that looks so cool driving a tank in to battle. Who is so totally brutal but in such a good why he just can't help but win especially when he thinks it though to the point of being prepared for almost ever thing.

Daredevil. Not because of his powers, because of his personality. He's had everything bad happen to him. He has every reason to be a villain, yet he's still a hero. He doesn't let himself be bad, he doesn't wallow in self pity, he ignores his problems and does what he can to help others. That's what a hero does.
