Try getting more sleep at night, drink plenty of water and eat small healthy meals every couple of hours.

Well, I'm not pregnant but I get a little dopey in the afternoon and think I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. Get up and go for a short walk to the bathroom or the water fountain. How about splashing a little cold water on your face or get a little fresh air by opening a window or going outside for a minute. It's surprising how a couple of stretching exercises can make you feel energized. Good Luck with your baby.

ugh..i know how you feel. i used to fall asleep while i was typing. stand up every 30 minutes and take a walk to the water cooler. visit a coworker. stand outside for 5 minutes every hour. (away from the cigarette smokers. at lunch, take a nap!.

Pregnancy is legally considered a disability. and all that entails pregnancy is protected. which includes sleepiness. so if your boss tries to give you any heat, you go talk to your HR department right away. think of it as you are entitled to as many breaks as a smoker gets to leave and smoke outside.

and when you get home. take a nap again.

Oh I feel for you. I was the same way. Get up and walk around do arm circles. Chew Peppermint gum. When showering before you get out turn some cool water on you for an eye opener. Good luck and stay awake.

Get up and take a walk often. Drink lots of water so you HAVE to get up to go to the washroom.

While in there, take a 3-min power snooze and tell the boss you had difficulty getting "things" to move. :)

They'd buy anything from a pregnant woman.

One of the things that u can do it try to fit in a few exercises...light small sessions. take a break walk around 5 mins.
Stretch a few times.

Best i found...take time to breath...
a few DEEP breath helps energize u natrually...
BREATH DEEPLY>>10 times should do...don't hold ur breath k....natural deep breaths.

what works for me is always having something to drink nearby and having something with sugar in it, like life savers or gum. trust me, i have the same problem and it really sucks. but just stick it out and in the end u'll see its all worth it.
