yes i have taken Buspar.It is something like valium,it is a given to patients with a nervous condition.It is a good medicine and it will help you to relax while you are going through a stressful time.It does not have any bad side effects,it just helps you to relax.I would suggest you take it like your doctor recommended

if you take too much it will not be a good thing.try as little dosage as you can and increase it little by little and see what dosage works best for you.the doctor can over prescribe right off the bat.
