how do you remove yellow highliter ink from clothing??

Does anyone know how to remove highlighter ink?/? I tired using shout but it still wouldn't come out?

I would try using plain old rubbing alcohol. Just pour it on the stain, do not rub it, then pour Era, liquid laundry detergent on stain and launder in cold water. Check to see if stain came out before drying garment. If it didn't come out, repeat process. If stain does not come out after 2 or 3 attempts, it has probably set to long.
