while it is true that you can get sunstones from wild solrocks (5% chance, according to http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/338.shtml

there is one, in Mossdeep city, if you go in the space center, a man in there will give it to you

the pokemon Sunrock ( the one is like the sun ) steal from him or catch it.
