Just attach it as an attachment to your e-mail. You just have to make sure they have PowerPoint at the other end in order to open it. Save it on your desktop so you can find it easily to attach to your message.

In your email client, select the option to "Attach a file". When you click the browse button the pop up window should show various folders on your computer. Locate the folder that your file is saved in. Your presentation will be saved as a .ppt file. Select the file, and click ok. The email client will then ask you to press submit to upload into the email. Once you do that, enter in the email address of the person you are sending this to and press send.

open your e-mail browser and look for an attach button (this maybe just the word attach, or a picture of a paperclip.)
Then click on the button called browse...
then it should show your "my documents" folder or what ever
select the powerpoint file you want to send, then click select/open
this will put it on a temporary clipboard, click the word attach and the page will begin to load, the bigger the file the longer the wait so please be patient
that should be all you need to attcah, then just send like you would with a normal e-mail!

Hope that helps

First, make sure the recipient has PowerPoint on their computer. You go about attatching a PowerPoint file the same way you attatch a Word file or a picture or whatever. Click "Attatch" in the new message window (or if you have Hotmail, attatch --> file). Then click browse if the file selection window doesn't pop up automatically. Your presentation will be saved as a .ppt file. Just go to wherever it was saved and select it. Click OK and send.

You need to attach it to an email as a file. They will then need to have the program to at least read it or it won't do them any good.
