It might be "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye", by Steam
It's normally sung when the home team is up big, and a crude send-off to the visitors.
Another one is "Time Has Come Today", by The Chambers Brothers...which ends in a long series of "heys" (heard that at a few games too)
