my friend smokes and she wants to stop. any ideas? real answers please.

First of all stop buying cigarettes. Then just chew gum whenever you need to smoke. I wouldn't reccommend nicotine gum as that might make you want to smoke. Also, don't lie around bored. Always do something to keep your mind of smoking. Plus, if you need to smoke, really really need to smoke, watch a SCREAMER on the internet. It will scare the death out of you and you won't be able to smoke. You'll be too scared to look like that.

Up until 2 weeks ago I smoked also. I just decided one day I wanted to quit and I did I crushed all my cigarettes and now I just chew a lot of gum. The hardest part is the first 3 days when you really really want one. but after that you look back and say I've gone this far I'm not turning back now. She'll need to have willpower and your support. Tell her good luck from me and she can do it♥

I. you really have to want to 2. I used nicotine patches the step down [name brand] But I needed help with the hand to mouth thing, I
found myself double fist feeding I felt as frantic as a shark feeding frenzy .I quit 6 years ago . When I smell a good cigarette I inhale other wise I cover my face and hurry by. good luck

A strong will, help from you, and some kind of patch or gum.
This will happen only if your friend wants to stop. It's extremely hard to do.

dont pick up any ciggagrettes.

bring a toothbrush and toothpaste everywhere you go. When you feel like a smoke, go brush your teeth instead. better than snacking and great for your teeth
