and it has happened like 4 times this week. i didn't hit my hand .
ON one finger it left a bruise but other ones just hurts.
Can that be serious?
Can that be a sign of a serious desease like HIV?

HIV doesn't cause things like that.. HIV weakens your immune system and other illnesses come in and cause all the problems, if you think you have a reason to have HIV you should go get tested.. but this is not a reason.. the vein popping isn't serious if it's only in your finger, and it would leave an obvious bruise (I'm a phlebotomist and I've seen enough blown veins.. mostly my own when we were training... to know it'll bruise).. the big thing is why are your veins blowing because if one blew in your brain you'd be dead before you could call 911.. ... fortunately that is a very very low probability unless you are on some sort of drug that is causing this in the first place. go talk to your doctor and see let them run some tests on you to make sure you don't have some rare problem and beyond that just relax.

P.S. if it happened 4 times in one week, then stop injuring the darn thing.. it takes time for a blown vein to heal.
