If you're thinking of 5-7-9 that store is hella old, I'm not even sure if it's still a store, at least not in my city.
If you want cute junior clothing for cheap, I would suggest going to Forever21 or Charlotte Russe.

That is an ancient store... Do they even have anything fashionable? Cheap, try Forever 21/Charlotte Russe. If you have the money, try Bebe, they have gorgeous clothes.
