There is a monster computer in Bussels Belgium. It's a super computer called the beast. It's function is to have all the people of the world listed in it. It will assign each person a bar code. At a future date, you won't be able to buy or sell anything or conduct business of any kind with out the bar code number.

I don't have a clue, but I'd imagine that it is either in the Pentagon or on in a base somewhere being used for national defense and security. But that is just a wild guess.
