I think she has a right to do it, but you can tell her that it bothers you. Thats a little weird if you ask me, I wonder what kind of call she is expecting, I hate it when my phone rings at work.

I am a religious person myself…but religion is best kept as a personal. In fact, here at AT&T, management frowns upon religious fanaticism. Our constituitionally guarnteed rights take a beating in corporate America.
Bring up with her tactfully, and hopefully she will have enough respect for her coworkers (and for Jesus) to drop the exclamation while she’s at work.

That is a little bizarre! Maybe you could say, "I noticed that you say a little affirmation every time you answer the phone ... do you mind saying it quietly or to yourself? I am extremely sensitive to the noise level in the office ... " I probably wouldn't use the words "you are driving me crazy!!!" :) As that might be taken a bit personally. Good luck!

no longer goodies or huge bunches of plants. possibly a card? that's ordinary for a guy to favor to assert thanks with a present. Do you truly like her? if so you should in simple terms say so. Ask her to dinner or out for beverages. yet when that is largely professional i wouldn't bypass over board. in simple terms keep it an elementary thanks. At maximum a unmarried flower, possibly a yellow rose (which stands for friendship) and a thanks for being a pal card. present playing cards are an option determination (Block Busters or well-loved individual bucks). i'm particular you'll imagine of a few thing good. perfect needs.

Thats really wierd....most of the time I do not want people to call me. I'd be more inclined to say "Thank you Jesus" at the end of the day if its been a slow phone day. I hate the phone. I don't think it would be too much to ask to have her keep it to herself if it really bothers you.

I know at my job we have to have our cells on silent or off. Maybe that rule that should apply to all working environments. Personal calls should be made during breaks and lunches.
The rule kinda sucks but in truth it helps in alot of different situations.

ok speak to your supervisor.... religion should not be at work, it is not the place for it. There is a time/place for that ... it is called CHURCH, on SUNDAY. Tell her so. I am not an agnostic/athiest,but i believe that when ppl shove religion down other's throats,it causes tension in the workplace, and it isn't appropriate, nor is it professional.

touchy situation . . first think why does it bother you ?? then reinterate that in a non confronting way . . .Then tell her. . .
Religion should not effect ones work or the work of a co-worker.
