Start by drawing your 2 intersecting circles
put a 1 in each of the circles since both US and Canada have a $1 denomination, but US's is paper and Canada's is a coin.
put a 2 in the Canadian circle since the US has no $2 denomination.
put a 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 in the intersection since both countries have those denominations and in both countries, they are paper
any denominations US has beyond $100 put in American circle since Canada doesn't have any denominations that high (they no longer have a $1000 bill)
