If both CPUs are the same speed, the Xeon. Celerons have a crappy L2 cache.

xeon by far. Celeron most of the time are the cheaper underclocked processor made to fit a budget. I think that they should only be used i very low priority.

Xenon is more powerfull and have more cache memory go for xenon if u can go for dual core
