Which comes first,lipstick or lipgloss?

lip balm, lip liner, lip stick, then lip gloss.

1. Put on your lip balm.
2. Line the outside of your lips (a little more on the outside if you want bigger lips, and inside if you want smaller lips),
3. First layer of lip stick goes on.
4. Use a 1 ply tissue, put it over your lips and dab a little foundation on it.
5. Apply a second layer of lip stick.
NOTE: DO NOT RUB YOUR LIPS TOGETHER, it would smear it all.
6. Apply the lip gloss (from a brush would be best). Applying just the top middle and bottom middle would give it a little 3-d effect making it look more plumper. Also, it would give you a sexy pout!

Lipstick first if you want to add lip gloss after for a shiny, wet look. If you want to tone down some shiny gloss, put on a matte lipstick after.

first comes liner on lips and the whole lip area to make the lipstick stick longer but must be same color as liner. then a slight lighter golden or brown or pink shimmer gloss oon bottom lip then withought reapllying with mor gloss on top just use the amount thats left for top lip and you hav perrrfectly louchous plumed lips
