I'm a freshmen at High School.. and today at the PEP rally everyone booed us! I mean come on!! Were not all that bad.. right?..RIGHT?!?

i knoww im a freshman too! everyones always like "i hate freshman.. freshman should die!" lol were not thaat bad.. i guess its just because theyre older than us and they can.. were new at the school and theyve been there for a while

The main thing is that upperclassmen just want to feel older and better then you. My freshmen year was just fine but right when I became a sophmore, freshman annoyed the heck out of me. I realized that main reason I didn't like them was because their loud, immature and just want to get attention all the time. If you not any of that then upperclassmen shouldn't bother you that much. Just watch, the minute you enter High school next year, your gonna start hating freshman. Even if you have no reason. I think it's just part of high school. :)

It is just how things go, we got egged when we were freshman at the pep rally. Wait until your senior year you'll get yours! Plus even though there are probably more freshman you seem to loose all of the contests right? Don't worry, like i said your time will come.

Everyone is going to have to go through it. It is not a new phenomenon. It was like that when I was a freshman 18 years ago. It's one of those unfortunate high school 'traditions' that just never quite die. Get used to it and remember, next year there will be someone else in your position.

It's only to give you a hard time...and when they notice you guys get all tear eyed and butt hurt, they do it even more...you guys bring this onto yourselves, just ignore it, and hang out in the back of the class buildings, as you should!!!! ahahaha...jk...deal with it, soon, you will be on the other end of the rope, the "boo-er" instead of the "boo-e"...lol

You're new, I'm a freshmen too. Nothing bad has happened... YET. But it doesn't matter, respect what they think. Before you graduated the middle school, what did you think of the new 6th graders? or when you were in 7th what did you think of the 6th graders? .... I've made my point.

they boo you because they were booed.
they just want to remind you that you are on the bottom of the totem pole. next year you will boo the incoming freshmen. it is inevitable.
