His hair is a natural part of him, like his skin. If his hair burned, so would his skin.

Yes he's very hot, I'm glad his hair doesn't catch on fire. Boy he sets my insides up in flames. Gotta go soak in the tub now.

he's hot cuz he's the flame/torch. and as such, the flame/torch had to get hair plugs made of fiberglass.
