Join the crowd and be happy. Many times people are so occupied with their own thoughts they seem to forget to do other things. Some of us are just plain lazy like me. Some are very slow about sorting out what to do in their minds. Probably other reasons as well.

If it was truly unknowing, you'd not have had the awareness or reasoning to ask this question. Perhaps denial then. First realize that you know that you're doing it purposefully. After you accept it, move yourself to a place of intending to do things more productively and take action in this direction. You'll find your situation quickly repairing itself after this takes place.

If this is a waste of time than is our whole life a waste of time. Is there a nexus between our soul and our body? Is this life a paradigm or a test. Are the bridges we cross the severity of humans and animals?
