get everyone to get up and switch seats every 5 minutes
keep asking the teacher to speak up because you can't hear
ask a stupid question every time teacher finishes a sentence
pretend your calculator is a gameboy and keep pressing the buttons
make faces at the teacher whenever s/he looks at you

Have a 'fruit roll'. Have everyone bring an apple or an orange or something and when you give the signal everyone should roll thei fruit forward toward the teacher. They'll be trouble but it will be funny.
