i have been sent ringtones by email can i send them to my phone which is not bluetooth but does have infered

You don't need a bluetooth to do this.....it's very simple.......just email it to your cell phone and click on it to add.............or have your friend send it to your cell phone number..........that's all you need to do.....go into the tools section and download it.
