I asked if anyone knew of any ways I could deal with the waiting. He made it through and so did I. Thanks to all who helped. He has another surgery tomorrow and I think we're both more prepared to handle it.

Just wanted to wish your dad and you all the best for tommorow and a lot of people will be thinking and praying for you both to get through this.
Just talking about it and how you feel is worth more than anything not to mention listening to one another.
it is a very difficult time for all of you and please take any support that is offered to you at the hospital.
Good luck

Hi. cancer can be tough. The good news as you may now know that these days if screened and caught early most people are now survivng cancer. There some forms that are harder to treat thought sadly. My mom has survived two bouts of two different cancers. SO far so good.

As a mom myself please if you smoke stop now while you can. Watch the liquor and trreat yourself right.

Women and smoking and drinking add to nearly a 70 per chance of getting colon and breast cancer.

Please the chemo and radiation is not worth the fun.

I hope your dad's cancer never comes back.
