I have small breast and would like to gain 1-2 cup sizes. I am unsure about breast augmentation, so I was wondering if breast enhancement pills really work. I do not want to blow my money on some scam, so if you have tried any with success could you please let me know.

They do work. I've never tried them myself but have seen the results from other people. No they do not make you retain water, at least the ones from http://www.bountifulbreast.com say they don't. It has something to stimulate the growth hormone that is active when a girl is developing, and with the proper diet they can even help you lose some weight without losing the weight in your boobs. They're a bit on the expensive side though. And yes, they even work for men. Read the testimonials.

**If** they work, it's only because they are causing you to retain water. That's what I heard on the news once. And that will cause your stomach and thighs to look larger too and can be hard on your body. Can't you just buy a really good padded bra or one of those filled with water? Or, just love yourself for the way you are naturally built? I definitely would not do a boob-job because everyone will notice that and talk behind your back.
