depends on where u live. Dallas has several cool sections like Deep Ellum and West End where u can go to several places to party about 2 r 3 blocks of different clubs depending on what u like. Country, Rock, Rap etc.

When your 21 I guess everywhere because you can do anything you want with no restrictions. But VEGAS is the number one spot for someone turning 21. Hollywood is also a cool place their are clubs and a lot of stuff their, but I prefer Vegas.
