Well they say it's best to layer it by using more than one product
like bath gel/lotion and then the perfume or cologne. When you spray or pour on the perfume you should always place it low on the body on or near pulse points. Like behind your knees, at each sides of your hips close to your waist area, then behind at mid-lowback where your L2&L3 are located, also behind your neck. The lower you place the fragrance the more you will smell it just as in anything smoke rises, so does scent. Layer of the same Fragrance also helps because you are putting different types of oils, minerals, and not just alchol into your skin thus, scent will even come out sometimes more if you sweat. I hope this helps answer some of your ?'s a little. Good Luck!

If it is a perfume that is a little cheaper, the fragrance won't last. If it is a spendier one, try spraying it on your hair and pulse points. The smell tends to last longer.

I've heard that if you put oil on your skin, like baby oil, it will help the perfume adhere longer. Personally, I wear it on my clothes. It's breaks my skin out. I think it lasts all day on my clothes...

Go get the lotion that goes with your perfume, and spray the perfume on your clothes and lather up your neck and shoulders with the lotion, works for me!

Immediately after showering, apply your perfume while your body is still damp. When your skin dries, the fragrance will adhere to your skin much better.

I don't because perfumes base is cat urine. They give it a chemical name and add scent. The cat urine is what makes perfume stay on whatever you put it on for a long time.
