What was this video game??

I remember playing it a long time ago.. well, around 1996 I guess. It was a Sesame street game.. it was played with this big white controller that had a red ball on it? Like the ball on a mouse. I don't think it had a console, it just... was. I barely remember anything about it and I would really like to know the name of the game. Thanks.

The red ball was a microphone. The game was voice interactive. I forget the name or who made it.
