verizon dsl?

has any one had problems with there verizon dsl speed lately.mine has been up and down like a yo yo.one time it will be fast and going great.the next time i wont be able to load a page.no help from tec.

I had that problem. I had to open several trouble tickets. Finally their technician came and replaced the whole NID box in the backyard. That solved the problem.
