i need help to answer this question just a yes or no question. i already have a copy of the bill of rights. if they are not the same then can u tell me where i can find a copy of the u.s. constitution and also the declaration of independence. thanx so much.

The first 10 admendments to the US Constitution are the Bill of Rights. The Declaration of Independence was an earlier document.

No. The Bill of Rights are the first ten ammendments. They define what your basic rights and responsibilities of being a US citizen. You can find copies of both those documents pretty much anywhere. I have a copy in my political science book, I'm sure you could find them on the Internet for reference.

The Bill of Rights and the Constitution should never be separated.

no they arn't the same thing. The bill of rights is the first 10 amendments for the constitution. Heres a link you should be able to find the declaration on there too.

Yes its the same thing. the bill of rights is tacked on at the end (the first group of amendments)
