I was asked to come up with one operational issue a week and correct it. This is for work at a ranch resort. I cant seem to come up with anuthing since bringing somthing up from a department in particular will sound like I am picking on that deparment. What do you suggest?

If you can give me some additional information about the task, I can provide you several ideas and several questions you can ask yourself and your team.
For example, why should you have to come up with the list? You should be able to ask each department what they would like to see corrected. Most should be able to give you a list.
