This is going to depend on your graphics card but you can try:
Right click on your desktop
See if you have a "Graphics Options" menu
If so, go into that menu and select "Graphics Properties"
Look for a tab that says "Rotation"
If you do not have these menus then you can also try to go to your control panel and look for your Display tool which may allow you to make the needed change as well.

Actually this is probably very simple - Windows XP has integrated controls for rotating the view.
Try Ctrl - up arrow. Holding Ctrl and pressing any arrow key will flip the orientation so that direction is Up in relation to the actual top of the screen.

There is a button on the monitor you have to press to make it go right side up again.

if you did it on operating system you can back it up to sooner date otherwise you must try it from monitor settings
