When you are married for a long time, sometimes you lose attraction to your spouse and another person comes along who makes you feel young and attractive again. If you're cheating and cannot stop, it could be a sign that you're unhappy with your spouse and you're trying to ruin it on purpose, so that you have an excuse to leave. Sexual attraction and loneliness are the main reasons people cheat. If this is true for you, you need to try and spice up your love life with your spouse and work on spending more time together -- maybe take a vacation. Living a double life is very hard on you emotionally and sooner or later, you'll be caught. If you don't want to lose him, you should end it now with the other person and devote time your marriage. If you really can't stay away from this other person, it might be time for you to move on.

Good luck!

well start by saying no. then tell your spouse, then when he's done flipping out, you can discuss whaere you want to go from there. at this rate it sounds like youre on your way to divorce. And if youre cheating on your spouse it doesnt always mean you dont love him, but it does mean that you dont respect him at all. When you get married you are held to certain commitments and one of them is not cheating. So, you need to stop cheating. Just say no, you dont have a choice, then tell your husband and talk to him about it, and try to get some marrage counseling if you want to stay with him. If you dont tell your spouse and keep cheating things will get alot worse in the end. Telling him is much better than him finding out on his own. If you tell him you might be able to salvage your relationship. If not then, for lack of a better term, youre screwed.

Get some counseling. And really take a look at your marriage. I believe that cheating on your spouse means you feel you are missing something in your marriage or you are not happy. You should have enough strength in you to say "no" to these people you are cheating with. You know it's not right! Did you stop to think for a second that they KNOW that you wont say no to them? That they are using you?

You obviously do not love him enough, if you did you would take into consideration how painful it would be if your spouse found out what you were doing. Marrige is to be honored and treasured. Many go through life never having love. You should seek therapy and ask yourself if your spouse were to cheat on you how would it make you feel, or be honest with him and give him the chance to either forgive you or walk away.

Divorce your husband. Don't lead him on thinking he's the only one in your life. You would feel better. Another thing I sure do
hope your using condoms. My niece was sleeping around and
now she has herpes. That's sad because I know who she is and
there's nothing we can do. Whats done is done. To top it off she
got pregnant by a married man with herpes, plus he still with his wife leading her on and probably given her herpes. You know this this just goes around and around. So stop doing what your doing
before you get some kind of cuche decease.

You probably cant resist the intensity of the sexual tension and the intensity of the guilt afterwards? I don't know...you have a brain that works? They will always keep coming back in ....numbers... enjoy it or stop it.

Stop. Don't do that. You are ruining your marriage. You can say no. Get your husband and stay close to him. If u loved him you wouldn't make him look like a fool.

you are obviously not satisfied with your other half, you need to work out what you both want, and if he wants the same then what about one of those parties that people put the keys in a bowl and pick one.

you can say no, its just that you dont want to
you dont have the desire to stop, and that means you cant have enough love for your man to stop hurting
and you dont have respect for yourself
that's to bad you have already messed up a great thing sorry
