Do you want to chat with other people using it?! If so download Yahoo Messenger or Microsoft Live Messenger. Or if you want a better quality voice and video communication then use netmeeting which comes with XP pro, or you can download it as an add-on for home edition (i think).

you're probably talking about the driver, to get that, go to your camera's website, and search for the driver of the type of your camera, and download it.

the program should already be downloaded when you install the software for you cam.it-should have a cd too install it on your computer.then when you are in messenger you ca set your setting for it in the option's
