games such as euchre sometimes lengthy delays/makes me think opponents are messaging each other/ie.cheating?

please do not assume their are cheating,if you pay watch how the cards are played most times you can tell.reasons for delays are usually connection problems,rooms being over full causing lag,i play a lot,have dial up,and at times the card will not play when clicked on several times.its frustrating to that person and other players,but can't be helped.not every one has fast PCs or DSL.
